ORDER POLICY

Shipping Policy

  1. All orders are shipped by registered mail ONLY.
  2. We only provide Air Mail Small Packet, Air Mail Parcel and EMS.
    • Estimated shipping time:
      • Air Mail Parcel:2-4weeks.
      • Air Mail Small Packet: 2-4 weeks.
      • EMS: 3-7 working days.
    • Shipping time is subject to various situation such as customs inspection time, Post office Peak period, distance from the destination. The estimate shipping is for reference only.
  3. All orders will not be shipped before the payment procedure is completed. (Refer to 2.2)
  4. Preorders will be shipped within 3 days upon the arrival of the item.
  5. All orders will be shipped out when all items within the order arrived.
  6. Paypal Unconfirmed address.
    • Email will be sent to the customer for confirmation if the address is located in USA, Canada, UK and any other countries that paypal is able to confirm the address.
    • If the customer does not response within 7 working days, the order will be considered as valid. Robotkingdom will not be responsible for any loses due to the unconfirmed paypal address.
  7. We only ship to addresses added in the customer's paypal account.
  8. All orders are declared at Full value on the shipping invoice unless otherwise requested by the customers. Robotkingdom is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or any fees charged by your local government.
  9. Robotkingdom will not be responsible for any loses/damage during shipping process.
  10. Address Update.
    • Preorders addresses update must be done 5 days prior to the release date of the latest release item in the order.
    • In stock items orders addresses update must be done within 12 hours after the order is paid.
    • Any addresses update after the period mentioned in 1.7.1 and 1.7.2 might not be considered as a valid update. Robotkingdom will not be responsible for any lost due to the late submission of address update.
  11. Items cannot be added to orders one the order is placed.
  12. Orders cannot be combined.

Payment Policy

  1. Only Paypal payment is accepted.
  2. All payment is considered complete after paypal confirmation. I.e. Echeck clear.
  3. Order Cancellation.
    • Preorders can be cancelled 5 days prior to the release date of the latest release item in the order.
    • In stock items orders Cancellation must be done within 12 hours after the order is paid.
    • Any Cancellation after the period mentioned in 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 might not be considered as a valid cancellation. Robotkingdom will not be responsible for any lost due to the late submission of cancellation.
  4. Payment refund upon customer's request.
    • Full refund can only be done within 60 days after the order is placed.
    • Paypal fee might be charged by paypal for any refund after the period mentioned in 2.3.1.
    • Payment will be refunded to your paypal account linked to the order only. Any request for refund to other paypal account will not be considered.
  5. Payment refund upon other reasons.
    • Items within the order cannot be located.
      • In some cases, one or more items in an order may not be located in our warehouse. In this case, customer can choose to:
        • Switch to other in stock items. The difference of the items price will be collected/refunded.
        • Refund the unavailable items and ship the rest of the order.
      • If the customer fail to reply within 7 days, the order will be processes under option 2 automatically.
    • Item within the order was cancelled by the producer.
      • In some cases, one or more items in an order may be cancelled by the producer. In this case, customer can choose to:
        • Switch to other in stock items. The difference of the items price will be collected/refunded.
        • Refund the Cancelled items and ship the rest of the order.
      • If the customer fail to reply within 7 days, the order will be processes under option 2 automatically.

Return Policy

  1. Return policy refers to any parcels or items return to us.
  2. Return due to post office delivery failure.
    • This include and is not limited to:
      • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
      • Customs inspection failure.
      • Customers failed to retrieve the parcel.
    • Robotkingdom will not be responsible for return and forward shipping cost.
    • Customers can choose between the following options:
      • Resend the parcel. The customer is responsible for both return and forward shipping cost.
      • Do not resend the parcel. The customer will receive a refund of the product price after deducting the returned shipping cost.
  3. Return due to Robotkingdom administration mistake.
    • Please email to info@robotkingdom.com. Order no. must be provided. Additional photos may be required by case.
    • This include:
      • Incorrect address printed on the parcel.
      • Incorrect item shipped to the customer.
    • Robotkingdom will be responsible for the return and forward shipping.
  4. Defective item policy.
    • Please email to info@robotkingdom.com. Order no. and photos of the defective must be provided.
    • If replacement parts can be obtained from the producer, customers can choose to:
      • Ship the parts individually. Robotkingdom reserve the right to collect shipping cost for parts.
      • Ship the parts with upcoming orders. No extra shipping cost will be charged.
    • If replacement part cannot be obtained from the producer, customers can choose to:
      • Accept the item at a certain discount price.
      • Return the item. The item price will be refunded upon the arrival of the returned item. Robotkingdom will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
      • Return the item. A new item will be shipped to the customer. Robotkingdom will not be responsible for the return and forward shipping cost.

Item Box Policy

Robotkingdom concerns about the needs of Collector’s Grade Boxes from customers.
We always provide the boxes with our best possible option.
We will email to customers for any damaged boxes before shipping for confirmation.
 
However, we cannot 100% guarantee that no damage or dent is done during shipping.
Robotkingdom will not be responsible for forward and return shipping cost if any items is returned due to damaged boxes.
 

Insurance Policy

  1. All insured orders shipped are protected under the insurance policy from the carrier. Please refer to the shipping company website for more information.
  2. Robotkingdom do not guarantee a full refund from the insurance company if the parcel is damaged or not.
    The refund amount is subject to the carrier insurance policy.
  3. Orders will not be refunded or resent to the customers until the insurance funding is issued.
  4. Customers can request the holding of the same item until the insurance funding is issued. The action will only be taken upon customer's request, and Robotkingdom do not guarantee the availability of the items. Additionally, if the insurance cannot cover the full amount including shipping, Robotkingdom will not be responsible for any extra payment needed to resend the parcel. (Refer to 1.9)

Robotkingdom reserve the right to update the Policy prior to notification.

The Return and insurance policy also apply to wholesale order.
